Captivating an audience in an intimate setting is no small achievement. Shows can vary hugely based on their impact, but when they succeed, an electric connection forms between the performers and the spectators. This bond promises an evening of exceptional entertainment, and in this case, it worked magically! Engaging a crowd is challenging, with unpredictable reactions—will they laugh, gasp, or cheer? On this fun-filled Valentine's night, the room buzzed with clapping, foot-stamping, and applause, creating a lively atmosphere from a very cozy audience.

The show was a blend of Vaudeville, Cabaret, and Moulin Rouge, combined together the offering was a fabulous array of entertainment from beginning to end. The event was skilfully managed by Revudeville's resident compere, Heiress Blackstone, whose sharp wit and high energy ensured the evening remained lively. She adeptly engaged with the audience, who thoroughly enjoyed the energy-filled back and forth. Her spontaneous jokes, including some risqué humour, contributed to the festive spark of the evening.

The audience, filled with anticipation, was treated to a seamless blend of performances that flowed effortlessly from one act to the next, maintaining a rhythm that kept everyone on the edge of their seats. Jolie Papillon, the fabulous burlesque dancer absolutely rocked the stage with her commanding presence and flawless acts. Her Champagne glass performance was the highlight of the night.  The Revudeville Showgirls added a dash of old-school glamour together with dazzling costumes showing that the classic showgirl vibe is still as fabulous as ever. Christian Nimri's ‘boylesque'  acts were pure gold, mixing humour and skill on roller skates for a unique and hilarious performance. And Joe Keeley's aerial stunts? Simply mind-blowing, with each move executed to perfection.

"Soho Fantasy" is a super fun and magical tribute to Soho's vibrant entertainment history, brought to life with contemporary flair. The intimate setting of Underbelly Boulevard added to the magic of the evening. Although these acts would have been better suited to a more elaborate staging,  the venue, with its cozy ambience and spectacular lighting, provided the perfect backdrop for a night of enchantment.
